Community Enhancement Services (CES) is a community based organization located in Hollywood, California, which provides various community services under contracts with Federal, State, and Los Angeles County and City governments, as well as charitable foundations and private parties.
We specialize in education and training, employment, housing rehabilitation, energy efficiency, water conservation, environmental protection, assistance with immigration and legalization matters, resettlement of refugees, and other areas.
CES purpose is to enhance the communitys economic, social, cultural and educational standards through provision of community services for the residents of LA County, immigrants, and international students.
CES COLLEGE, often referred to as The Hollywood School,is located in the heart of Hollywood, California.
The goal of the CES COLLEGE is to provide comprehensive educational opportunities that address the unique needs of individuals and communities.
School Facilities 
The facility is located on the main city thoroughfare, La Brea Avenue, and is easily accessible by public transportation routes traveling on Sunset Boulevard, Hollywood Boulevard, Santa Monica Boulevard, La Brea Avenue and Fairfax Avenue. The subway station at Hollywood and Highland is minutes from the campus.
A wide variety of shops, movie theatres, museums and libraries, are within walking distance.
CES COLLEGE is situated less than one block away from the world famous Sunset Boulevard, considered by many to be the heart of the entertainment industry and the birthplace of rock-n-roll.
CES COLLEGEs air-conditioned classrooms are designed to maintain small groups of 10-20 students per classroom. They contain up-to-date equipment for lectures and communicative exercises. Teaching aids include computers, TV sets, VCRs, tape recorders, whiteboards, and overhead projectors.
The campus is safe and complies with all federal, state, and local regulations.
California is blessed with snow-covered mountains, green valleys, and a beautiful coastline. Our beaches are a paradise of sun, sand and surf. Endless days of sunshine and warm nights make Southern California one of the most hospitable climates. And . . . the worlds most famous Governor.

LA is close to other famous U.S. tourist sites. On weekend trips you can visit San Francisco, San Diego, the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, etc.
The CES COLLEGEcampus is located in famous Hollywood, California. The Hollywood Walk of Fame is just a short walk from our front door! There are dozens of live theatres, museums, music from hip hop to underground, major fashion and shopping centers and world-renowned architecture. You will find a variety of restaurants everywhere specializing in every cuisine imaginable.
English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Program for International Students
Our EFL program is designed for international students who desire to improve their command of English for professional reasons or to be able to attend an American University or college. Whether you never studied English, have some basic understanding of everyday vocabularyand sentence structure, or even if you are an advanced student, our EFL program is designed for you.
CES COLLEGEs program consists of six levels, each concentrating on a different academic level of acheivement, culminating in the Test Of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) course.
All applicants must be over 18. The school will determine if an applicant is qualified for admission through assessment and evaluation of prior achievement, adaptability and aptitude.

Housing: CES COLLEGE will assist international students to find suitable housing. The housing placement assistance is provided at a cost of $200 for the first time (if you wish to change during your stay, there will be an additional fee). If you want to use our housing placement services, you MUST inform us of your choice when you apply to CES COLLEGE or at least 4 weeks prior to your starting date. Options include apartments (shared or single), hotels, or homestays. Costs vary from $400 to $1200 per month. Whatever option you choose, we will try to get the housing as close to the campus as possible.
Counseling: Multilingual student advisors will be available to assist students with selecting and applying to a US college or University as well as SEVIS and visa related issues.
Insurance: CES COLLEGE does not provide health insurance for students. Students are required to buy insurance and provide proof before starting classes.
Transportation: We will meet you at the airport and provide transportation to your place of residence at no extra cost.
Field Trips: Many of our classes go on field trips to various points of interest around Los Angeles. Field trip locations might include the Getty Center, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, or the Kodak Theatre where the Oscar awards are presented, etc.
Tours: Whenever possible, CES COLLEGE staff will assist you with scheduling of tours of local attractions, attendance at cultural events, obtaining concert and theatre tickets, as well as excursions to other California and Southwest destinations such as the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, and San Francisco.

―CESは有能かつ熱心なインストラクターを豊富に取り揃えております。EFLインストタクターは英語を第二カ国語の教師（TEFL）として学士を持っており、英語を他国の者に教える目的（TESOL）として修証、又は修士の取得者です。各インストラクターは最低３年の教員実歴を持っております。全スタッフがカルフォルニア中等学校局（BPPVE）公認、そしてCATESOL, ESL/EFL教師団体のメンバーです。

English as a Foreign Language (EFL)
―CESのプログラムは６レベルに分かれております。各レベルはその目標に合わせて、最終的にはEnglish as a Foreign Language（TOEFL）のテストへ向かって進んでゆきます。
―入校後CESのスタッフによって生徒が最も適切とされるレベルに分ける審査を行います。各４週間コースを終える事に自分の英語能力の目標へ近づいてゆきます。各レベルの学費は＄６５０となっております。全レベルを取得目標とする方は学費を１０％免除して合計＄３６００となります。
職業訓練プログラム
―当校は入学条件として以下の事項を重視いたします。入学時に応募者が１８歳以上で有る事。応募者の過去の業績、学歴、当校での適応性を基準とし入学審査を行います。
―アメリカ国籍をお持ちでないInternational Student にあたる方は当校より国際生徒用の入学願書を送付いたします。必要事項をご記入の上当校へ郵送下さい。又、国際生徒用の願書と一緒にI-20、ビザに関する書類もまとめて送付いたします。
入学願書
―入学願書を受け取り後、願書を余すところなくご確認下さい。当校は願書を受け取ってから入学許可、並びにビザが降りるまで数ヶ月かかる場合が御座います。その際に当校での授業開始日にそなえてアメリカへの渡米をご計画下さい。
＊ 注意事項：入学手続きは必要な書類等を全て頂いた時点にて開始させて頂きます。

CESはインターナショナルスチューデントに対して住まいをお探しするご協力をいたします。ハウジングを探す際には手数料は一切かかりません。CESが提供していますハウジングサービスをご利用になる場合は、入学願書提出時又はプログラム開始日の４週間前の申し出て下さい。ハウジングサービスのオプションとしては、アパート（共同・プライベート）ホテル又はホームステイが御座います。こちらの費用はオプションによって月々＄４００から＄１２００となります。どのオプションを選択されても当校はなるべくキャンパスから最寄のロケーションを探させていただきます。
―カウンセリング
多国語で対応してくれますカウンセラーも当校にいらしゃいます。当校生徒への進路相談、アメリカ国内の短大、大学そしてSEVISへの入学手続きも行っております。
―保険
当校では生徒たちの保険の手続きは代行いたしておりません。尚、新入生は入学前に保険に加入している事を証明しなければなりません。
―交通
アメリカへご到着の際には空港から滞在先まで無料にてお送りいたします。
―休憩
授業の合間に他の学生いたちと交流を深めお茶やコーヒーを飲みながらネットワークキングのスキルを高めましょう。
地域・文化行事
フィールドトリップ授業の一部として当校はＬＡやその他近郊のエリアへの社会見学を行っております。フィールドトリップのロケーションとしてはゲッティ・センター、ＬＡ郡美術館、ハリウッドのザ・オゥーク・オブ・フェーム又は毎年オスカー賞が開かれているＫｏｄａｋシアターなどが御座います。
表彰式各レベルを終了した時点で生徒の努力を認める為表彰式を行います。
ツアー時間の許す限りＣＥＳスタッフはローカルのツアーやアトラクション、カルチャーイベント、コンサートやシアターチケット、そしてカルフォルニア近辺（グランド・キャニオン、ラスベガス、サンフランシスコ）へのご旅行の手配をアシストいたします。

Application Process
How to apply to CES COLLEGE:
Submit the completed application along with the following payments and documents:
1.) All Students: Application fee and other optional service fees.
2.) F-1 Students who require a form I-20: Please submit these additional documents:
a.) Photocopy of passport (identification section)
b.) A financial certification (in English) verifying that both tuition and living expenses will be met while at CES COLLEGE.
Acceptable forms are:
i. a personal bank statement or letter from the bank
ii. a letter of support from your parents/sponsor stating they will be responsible for your expenses during your stay and a bank letter from sources of support
3.) Transfer students: If you already have an F-1 visa and are planning to transfer to CES, we need the following documents before we can process your application:
a.) Photocopy of your student visa, I-94, and form I-20.
b.) An eligibility letter of transfer from the school you are currently attending
c.) A financial certification
